Second Training of Trainers Course on Sexual and Reproductive Health, 4-10 December 2012, Ankara

One week training course will be organized by ICC with the collaboration of the UNFPA Eastern Europe and Central Asia Regional Office.  The course aims to improve the training skills and knowledge of participants who work with most-at risk young people.  The priority is given to Central Asia countries in the region. It was agreed that 5 Central Asian countries (3 people per country) would be invited to this year’s training. Selected countries are: Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. The training will be conducted in Russian. The International Children's Center has been closely monitoring the training on Providing Comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive Health Services for Most-at-Risk Adolescents and Young People in the area and has been following this issue for developing new strategies that work all around the world. As a result of this training the trainers trained by the ICC in the region with a large pool formed the trainers. ICC is following, monitoring and providing feedback to the trainers in their own countries for the activities of training and needs of the trainers receive ongoing technical support.
